When Dentures Hurt
how do you get polident off of yoru gums when dentrues are removed. brushes hurt and its hard to pick it off.
bottom dentures are hard to stay in…any suggestions???
bottom dentures are VERY hard to get used to, because there i no bone to support it and as you talk your tongue will make it move . . as for removing the adhesive, use a mouth wash with alcohol or menthol if you have a lot of trouble with your dents not fitting and moving round, see your dentist about getting them relined
