www.gcuomodds.com Part 4 This case was referred to my office to salvage a historic IMZ implant body. Patient presented with a three tooth fixed implant cantilever bridge #19 — #21 completely out of the mouth. IMZ implants occupied the #19 and #20 positions. The patient’s dentist unsuccessfully attempted to remove the IME from implant body in toth position #19. The dentist decided to refer the patient my office for an implant rescue procedure performed by using a dental microscope. I verified the screw threads were operational and we could move ahead to order parts. Healling abutments were placed.
