Missing Dentures
Pulled Out Missing Molars – replacement without dentures?
All of my molar teeth have been extracted on the upper jaw. I have my canine teeth left – I would like some replacements without dentures or implants, is a bridge possible? I am thinking maybe not as there is no tooth on the molars for attatchment? Has anuone else had a similar dilema? Thankyou so much.
I seriously doubt it. As far as I understand it (not started bridges yet) you really need to support a bridge with an equal or greater number of roots (on the teeth it’s attached to) as the number of roots on the teeth you are replacing. Also for a longer bridge you need support at both ends of it.
But I’m not 100% sure so speak to your dentist.
