Dentures Make Me Gag
Is there a denture adhesive for me?
I have a lot of bone loss, a small mouth plus a bad gag reflex so my top denture plate is flat compared to most. My dentist insists they are fine but when I try to take a bite with the front teeth, the back flops down and no matter what kind of adhesive I’ve tried, nothing works. None of the adhesives I’ve used will make a strong enough bond between my gums and the denture. They just wont stick!
Have you asked your dentist about having the denture relined?
