Crown Dentures
how crown, bridges and dentures are made..i need 2 know d procedures but not too detail..pliz…?
Crown: Tooth is ground down to a ‘stub’, impression is taken, along with a ‘shade’ (color) that matches neighboring teeth, temporary crown is made and placed until permanent crown is inserted.
Bridge: Same as above, except two teeth are involved (the ones on either side of the missing tooth). The temporary bridge will be made to accomodate the missing tooth.
Dentures: Impressions, bite/shade, try-in (just in case some changes are needed) and insertion…
Is that simple enough?
