What are the foreign bands on the left and right side of the lower jaw? I had the impression that this person had metal bands in his/her jaw.
Sorry the time was 0:19 for that last comment and I was talking about the x-ray.
This patient had an esthetic jaw surgery several years ago from the upper and lower mandible because the occlusion was not good. His lower jaw, was bigger than his upper jaw. The surgeons cut the mandible and after cutting, they put this device called bone plates to fix the mandible again.
does it hurt when they get the drilled thing
not at all. if the local anesthesia is placed properly, there is zero pain.
